This is the budget-friendly system for flat roofs with a multi-layered felt, complete with a bitumen backing, that is melted onto a roof deck using a propane blowtorch. This makes conditions safer for the roofer.

EPDM RUBBER

With lifespans of up to 50 years, EPDM rubber is a synthetic elastomer and extremely resistant to extreme weather conditions, heat, ozone and ultraviolet rays. It is a great choice for extensions with flat roofs.

GRP FIBREGLASS

This system sees glass fibre mats fixed to the roof deck with resin to produce a seamless, watertight finish. The mats then harden as single layers and, if professionally installed, last between 30 and 50 years.
