Our roofers can strip down the original roof of an existing build to remove damaged slates, tiles and systems down to the rafters or deck and also dismantle the roofline components during the initial phase.

INSPECTION AND REPAIR

Prior to installing new roofs, we check the battens, rafters or deck for rot, sagging or water damage. If required, TPK Services replaces these elements to create a more secure foundation for new materials.

WEATHERPROOFING

Breathable membranes and underlays are rolled out to help shed water and manage condensation, and drip edges are fitted along the eaves. Leak barriers and flashing are used around the chimney or the vents.

INSTALLATION

New roofs are installed with starter strips followed by outer layers with all work complying to current UK building regulations. Next, we cap ridges and seal all joints to prevent surface water penetration.

HANDOVER

Waste is removed, scaffolding is dismantled and the surrounding area swept before a roofer conducts a final inspection to verify how well new roofs are aligned and sealed prior to the sign-off and handover.
